Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse locations, including our fulfillment partner Radius Logistics.
Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes begin once your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Freight & Delivery Costs Bikes are large, heavy freight items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Canada – flat-rate freight, displayed at checkout
- Remote Canada – additional freight surcharge may apply for rural and northern destinations
We do not offer free shipping on bike orders due to the freight-class nature of the product.
How Bikes Are Packaged & Shipped All bikes are professionally packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes with foam padding and internal supports to protect the frame, fork, and components during transit. Bikes are shipped partially assembled and include setup instructions.
We recommend inspecting the box for damage before signing for delivery. Note any damage with the carrier before accepting.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your bike arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us immediately at info@teewing.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Return Freight If a return is required, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. Please review our Refund Policy for full details before initiating a return.
Complimentary Professional Assembly
For eligible bike orders, Teewing Canada will cover the cost of professional assembly at a participating local bike store. We strongly recommend using this service so your bike can be assembled and safety-checked by a qualified technician before riding.
If you decline the complimentary assembly service, you may be required to sign a waiver confirming that you accept responsibility for arranging and completing the assembly, inspection, and safety adjustments of the bike. To the extent permitted by law, you also acknowledge responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or related liability arising from improper, incomplete, or declined assembly.
Please have the bike assembled by a qualified professional if you are not experienced with bicycle assembly. The complimentary assembly offer may be subject to local availability.
