Refund policy

This return and refund policy only applies to complete bikes bought directly online from teewingbikes.ca. Returns or refunds for purchases from authorised dealers will be under that dealer’s refund/return policy.

If a bike is returned un-ridden and un-built within 14 days of receipt in the original box with packaging in original state/unremoved, then a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee is offered upon receipt of the returned bike or frame and confirmation by Teewing Canada of the bike condition. Teewing Canada must be notified prior to the bike being shipped and the buyer must pay all return freight costs.  The buyer is also responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return and is advised to purchase insurance on return shipping.

If a bike has been built it may be returned if un-ridden, if the conditions below are fulfilled. The bike must be in NEW condition. Bikes that show sign(s) of being ridden, including, but not limited to, mileage on the odometer, dirty tires or grips, worn brake pads, scuffed crank arms, modifications will not be accepted. If the previously built but unridden bike is returned within 14 days of receipt in the original box with original packaging, packaged well for return transportation, then the buyer is entitled to a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned bike or frame and confirmation by Teewing Canada of the bike condition. Teewing Canada must be notified prior to the bike being shipped and the buyer must pay all return freight costs.  The buyer is also responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return and is advised to purchase insurance on return shipping. If Teewing Canada determines the bike has been ridden, the bike will be made available for the buyer to pick up and no refund will be issued.

No refund is offered on bikes that have been ridden.

A refund will be provided after we process your return item. Please allow up to 20 business days for from the time of receipt of the returned bike for Teewing Canada to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.
