Where the Turbo Force wins
Carbon as standard. The Turbo Force is full carbon across the range. Many Trance X builds are alloy, and the carbon versions cost noticeably more. Lighter frame, livelier ride, better handling.
The drive of the moment. The Avinox M2S is light, charges fast and comes with a colour display and app that outclass most trail bikes. It is the same system as the sold-out Amflow.

Give the Giant its due
Giant's SyncDrive is a strong, proven motor with a big battery, and the Trance X fits a lot of riders well. If you already ride Giant and love the fit, it is a safe pick. But you are paying more for carbon, on an alloy-heavy range, with an older drive.
The verdict
The Trance X is a fine bike, but the Turbo Force is the better buy. You move from alloy to full carbon, from an older motor to the Avinox drive, and you spend less doing it. For a do-it-all trail eMTB that feels light and modern, the Turbo Force is the standout.
